Like every other human on this earth I have played so many roles in this lifetime. I am a friend to some and an enemy to others. Child, sister, aunty, daughter, mother (and father), healer, destroyer, lover, wife, divorcee, failure, success, single, married, rescuer, interferer, student, philosopher, critic, minister, therapist, nurse, accountant, facilitator, masseur, advisor, gossiper, counsellor, victim, teacher, idiot, the baddie, the goodie... and the list goes on.

Once upon a time I denied that I was any of those ‘bad’ things on the list, but in the colour of life, looking back, I can see while I played rescuer, I also played interferer. While I played good wife, I also played bad wife. It all depended on who was looking at it, and from where. I played so many roles and I still do. Some roles I was so attached to, that I studied and practiced and became ‘qualified’.

I have come to joyfully realise that any single one of those roles is not actually ME. They seem to define me but for that moment in time. But they are not this conscious me, that stares out from behind my two eyes, nor hears between my two ears. They are just aspects of me.

It is in the constant exploring of the mysteries of being human, that more love, abundance and joy enters my life. The more I have learnt to listen to, and trust my inner nudges, the easier life becomes, and I want to share all that I have experienced and learnt with you, if it will help you trust your own path to healing, self discovery and freedom.

I am all that I am in one.
