     Tobias also talks about the importance of your kitchen area, and why you should cook your own meals several times a week. The information provided in this session offers new insights on how to honor both your food and your body for better overall health and vitality.

     Aspectology is the study and understanding of the multitude of Aspects of ourselves. The obvious human-related Aspects include the Child, the Parent, the Spouse, the Employee, the Spiritual Worker, the Sports Fan, the Counsellor, etc. We also have a myriad of other Aspects including those from past lives, from dreams and from the multidimensional realms.

     In this intriguing discussion Tobias talks about how and why we create our Aspects.      The numerology for September 18, 2007 is "9", the number of completion. According to tobias, human consciousness reaches a saturation point on that date and changes the way spiritual and physical physics work. Others people have gone through numerous relationships - and divorces - in their adult lives. And some people find themselves stuck in an "old" relationship, not knowing how to move forward.

     During this channeled session, Tobias talks about the attributes of New Energy relationships. He answers actual questions submitted from readers around the world, on everything from how to find a New Energy relationship, to knowing when it's time to make a change in a relationship, to the need for having time without a relationship.
